We use only the finest materials available this ensures long lasting high quality signs! Should you find a defect in materials or workmanship within 30 days of your purchase, we will gladly replace your signs with the exact same size and layout as the defective sign. Any changes in design or size will incur additional charges. Please e-mail Sales@magnetic-signs-cheap.com for a return RMA # return number all returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Color Guarantee:

Every computer monitor shows colors slightly different. Color matching can only be guaranteed if Pantone color numbers are used and a $50 Pantone Matching fee has been charged to your invoice. All other colors are standard Avery vinyl colors and are represent with a color name that best represents that color.

Lost or Stolen:

magnetic-signs-cheap.com does not take responsibility for any lost or stolen signs or any fees or charges incurred in recovery of lost or stolen signs.

Returning Items:

Return of unused stock items such as blank magnet, can be returned with a 15% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns on custom made signs of any kind. Please make sure you have correct phone numbers etc before paying for your signs. Payment made for signs signifies approval of design and binds you to this policy.

Shipping Refund:

Shipping charges incurred can not be refunded. We can only estimate a shipping date as production schedules change we can estimate time of shipment only. We can not guarantee DELIVERY DATE as this can only be controlled by the shipping company. If premium shipping is paid for and the shipper does not perform, we will work with you to get a refund of shipping costs. We can not be held responsible for the shippers errors If you supply magnetic-signs-cheap.com with incorrect address or contact name information we can not be responsible for lost or stolen packages and any address correction charges will be billed to the buyer.
